We have some treats for our cat, Admiral Bill Adama, that are called 'Feline Greenies'. On the back of the package is a chart indicating the amount of Feline Greenies to be given based on the weight of the cat. It's in English and French. In the French chart, instead of 'Cat Weight' it says 'Poids du Chat' or 'Pounds of Cat.

Here we have the 'Blood Falls' from the Taylor Glacier in the McMurdo Dry Valleys of Antarctica. The frozen falls were observed in 1911, they were originally thought to contain algae which gave them their distinct red blood color. However the truth is a little bit more fun.

Quantum Mechanics and the optimization of photosynthesis in plants.

Also, the picture at the top of the post is of a Norfolk Island Pine.
